1. Enrollment:

Enrolling in online group lessons reserves one of the two available spots for you until you choose to change groups or terminate the lessons. You may leave a group at any time by providing a two-week notice. Leaving a group with less than two weeks’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of €50. There is a 4-week minimum commitment.

Enrolling in in-person group lessons reserves one of the four available spots for you until you choose to change groups or terminate the lessons. You may leave a group at any time by providing a two-week notice. Leaving a group with less than two weeks’ notice will incur a cancellation fee of €50. There is a 4-week minimum commitment.

Enrolling in 1-on-1 lessons on a fixed schedule (e.g.: every Saturday from 1 to 2 pm) reserves that time slot for you until you choose to change it, pause or stop the lessons. You may leave a group at any time by providing a two-week notice. You can make changes to the schedule, preferably with two week’s notice. Additional lessons can be booked depending on availability.

2. Payment Policies:

Lessons must be paid in advance, with payment due one week before the scheduled lessons. Payment intervals are flexible, allowing for weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments. To get the bundle discounts, if available, you must pay for the total number of lessons at once.

The payment for the services can be done on the website shop by debit/credit card, Bizum or PayPal. A bank wire transfer can also be sent stating the student’s first name and the period covered (e.g., Student’s Name 8-14 January). Cash payments are also accepted.

3. Remote Attendance and Lesson Recordings:

Students unable to attend an in-person group lesson have the option to join lessons via Zoom. Lessons will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation. In the event that a student cannot attend that lesson online either, the lesson can be recorded upon request. The student will receive a link to access the recorded lesson and all materials needed to go through the session content at their own pace. The same applies to online group students.

4. Cancellations, Refunds and Makeup Lessons:

No refunds will be issued for missed lessons and no-shows. Makeup lessons may be arranged in exceptional circumstances, subject to instructor availability.

For 1-on-1 lessons any cancellations or schedule changes should be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the lesson commencement. Monday lessons must be cancelled on Friday. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be considered as a no-show and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the lesson will be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the lesson will be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Group lessons are not eligible for rescheduling. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will be considered as a no-show and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the lesson will grant the possibility of an online connection and a video recording of the session. Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the lesson won´t be eligible for a refund but they will be granted a spot for the same service on a later date.

If, for any reason and with at least two weeks’ notice, a student enrolled in group lessons cannot attend one, neither in-person nor online, and they don’t desire access to the recording and materials, they won’t be charged for that lesson.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of the lesson due to force majeure is acceptable with the corresponding proof. Any other reasons will be considered a no-show and subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Schedule Changes and Group Closure:

The instructor reserves the right to make schedule changes if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

A group may be closed if there is only one student enrolled for more than three consecutive weeks. Any closures will be communicated in advance, and alternative options will be offered.

6. Code of Conduct:

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner during lessons. Violent, racist, sexist, homophobic, or any other kind of discriminating comments or behaviours won’t be tolerated.

Students shall conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in all communal areas throughout the building. You are permitted to use the refectory and the coffee machine, but please remember to leave the room as clean as you found it and place used cups and dishes in the dishwasher.

7. Termination of Lessons:

The instructor reserves the right to terminate lessons in cases of repeated disruptive behaviour or failure to adhere to these terms and conditions.

8. Additional Private Lessons:

Additional single private classes without a fixed schedule can be scheduled upon request, subject to instructor availability.
